Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) Sessions

IEMT can be an effective therapy for:
- Anxiety

- Depression

- Guilt, shame & remorse

- Regret

- PTSD

- Phobias

- Trauma

- Flashbacks

- Low self-esteem

- Unwanted habits
- Negative & unwanted emotions

- Improving performance, eg work, sport, relationship

- Undesired identity traits, e.g. "I'm unloveable", "I'm a depressive", "I'm ugly",

- Feeling stuck & hopeless because nothing has worked in the past.

IEMT is helpful for trauma recovery and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) experience, and is paricularly effective with regards to intrusive imagery and 'flashbacks'. With PTSD we work on the 'Lynchpin', which is the most significant point when the incident happened.

The method involves the client holding the problematic imagery in mind while they move their eyes following patterns, guided by the therapist. We collaborate after the eye movement and assess the changes that are happening.
